About Us

We are a small firm of solicitors specialising in residential conveyancing from our office at 30 Leigh Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9DT.  We also deal with some Wills & Probate.

Richard Webster, the principal, has  a lot of Local Knowledge of the area in and around Southampton, having previously worked for the City Council for some years.  There is a little more about him here.

Whilst we are happy to deal with clients in other parts of the country, the reality is that the vast majority of them live and work in the Solent region, mainly in Southampton and Eastleigh, and extending perhaps to Portsmouth, Winchester, Basingstoke, Romsey, Salisbury, New Milton, and the Isle of Wight.

Being small, we are not tied down by complicated office "systems" that dictate the way some firms work.    You CAN visit us.   We are NOT tucked away in an industrial unit somewhere up north, offering a "postal service."  Have a look at our pages on How To Choose a Conveyancing Solicitor and about all the Hidden Extras that some firms add on to their original estimates.

Although we try to have good relationships with local estate agents, we are independent and not beholden to anyone but our clients.
