Our charges are generally quite reasonable, but we can never promise to be the cheapest in the area around Southampton.   If we were really very cheap, quality would suffer.

The more information we have from you, the more accurate our figures can be.  We hate these scams where solicitors give what looks like a low or reasonable figure and then add on all kinds of "Hidden Extras" that are really part of their overheads.  In most cases our No Sale No Fee Scheme will be available.   For details click on the link on the line above.

There are lots of sites out there that hide all the extras away in "Terms and Conditions",  which give the impression that the extras won't apply in your case.  The trouble is they often DO APPLY...

That's why we need maximum info from you, so WE CAN TELL YOU if there are any known or likely extras, so you know where you stand to start with!

Please give us any other information that could be relevant, e.g anything unusual about the property or properties involved, any second mortgages, incentive schemes, shared ownership with a Council or Housing Association, etc., any special requirements as to timing.
