Generally, to prepare a will, we need to have an approximate idea of your assets and their value, and the full names and addresses of all the people involved.
We also need to know who you wish to have as executors, the people who will be legally responsible for carrying out your wishes after your death. Family members or close friends are best for this. Just because they benefit under the will they CAN still be executors.
